Found a link to a [technology company](http://www.frontierlabs.com/) selling a [portable MP3 player](http://www.frontierlabs.com/NexII.html) that can use Compact Flash cards, or IBM's microdrives, a storage medium compatible with Compact Flash cards. That means an effective capacity of 1GB! But the best thing is the price: US$99.
