# SteveCast #6 - New Orleans is Sinking

I rant a little bit about the anarchy that's going on in [New Orleans](http://news.google.ca/news?hl=en&ned=ca&q=new+orleans&btnG=Search+News) and some about [Big Brother 6](http://www.cbs.com/primetime/bigbrother6/).  
  
Check out [this guy's LiveJournal blog](http://www.livejournal.com/users/interdictor/). He's <span id="bkmrk-a-sysadmin" style="text-decoration: line-through;">a sysadmin</span> the crisis manager for [DirectNIC](http://www.directnic.com/), and he's been holed up in their offices on the 10th floor of an office building in New Orleans since before the Katrina hit. It's really interesting to hear a first hand account of what's happening on the front lines.
