# Tucker Max suit dropped by plaintiff

[Tucker Max](http://www.tuckermax.com), internet personality, is generally regarded as an asshole -- he'll even admit it himself. He hooked up with this chick named [Katy Johnson](http://www.katyjohnson.com/) one night and the encounter was so interesting to him, he [wrote about it on his website](http://www.tuckermax.com/Stories/missvermont.htm). She wanted to maintain her squeaky clean image, so [she filed suit](http://annoy.com/features/doc.html?DocumentID=100495) against Mr. Max.
