Wireless is almost ubiquitous

I am almost convinced that wireless can and will be everywhere. Right now, I'm in the basement of my grandmother's house in St. John's, Newfoundland, and I'm stealing wireless from somebody in the neighbourhood. It's tremendous. The signal is almost non-existant, but it's good enough that I can maintain a connection and that's good enough for me.
