E-Payment options for FNP IV

After much tribulation, people can finally pay online for crawl t-shirts via one of two methods:

E-Payment transactions must be completed by 14 October 2001 to make sure I actually have the money when I go to order the shirts. If you pay in US funds on PayPal, shirts will be US$12 (US$13 for XXL).

Cash is good until the hard deadline of 19 October 2001.
