Live action remakes of anime movies & shows

Recently, I've seen more than one account of rumours that anime television show Dragonball Z and ultra-violent anime movie Ninja Scroll are going to be remade as live action movies.

What's the deal here? Where are they going to find an actor with Goku's hair? How are they going to manufacture enough fake blood to properly reproduce Jubei's battles? These are questions that must be answered!
