Steve's DVD Forum 2.0

Steve's DVD Forum version 2.0 is now up and running. Hopefully, most people won't even notice the difference, except of course that it's faster :)

Version 2.0 is completely rewritten in PHP (instead of Perl) and uses a database back end (instead of text files).

If you find any bugs, or have any suggestions, email them to dvdforum@spine.cx for consideration.

Talk about the DVD Forum and all kinds of other good stuff here.
